2026 CO Free Concert Series: Basalt Summer Concert | Full Lineup & Guide

Basalt’s summer Wednesday night free concert series at Basalt River Park, Basalt Summer Concerts, starts June 17 and runs through August 12. The concerts begin at 6 PM and run to 9:30 PM.

• June 17: Palmyra (Folk) and Sweet Jessup and the Dirty Buckets (Blues/Folk/Ragtime)
• June 24: Pink Fuzz (Heavy Rock) and Heady Hooligan (Electronic)
• July 1: Tristan Trincado (Country) and Rock & Roll Academy (Rock and Roll)
• July 8: David Mayfield Parade (Bluegrass) and Tommy the Animal (Rock and Roll)
• July 15: Easy Jim (Grateful Dead) and Bella Rayne (Dead and Jam)
• July 22: Thrift Store Cowboys (West Texas Americana) and Tyler Rust Band (Country/Americana)
• July 29: Dragondeer (Psychedelic Rock) and Aggie Flores (South America Rhythm and Folk)
• August 5: Eric Slick (Indie Rock) and Typical Ghost (Jazz, Funk, Rock)
• August 12: Amythyst Kiah (Americana Folk Country) and Natalie Spears (Folk)

Good To Know

• All supporting acts will perform from 6 – 7 PM with a half hour break.
• The headliner act begins at 7:30 PM
• Drinks will be sold on site and proceeds will benefit a local nonprofit at each show. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages will be available as well as food for sale provided by food trucks each week. 
• No outside alcohol is permitted inside the concert venue. You may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages into the concert.
• Bringing a blanket or low chairs for seating
• Be prepared with appropriate clothing for rain and colder evening temperatures. 
• Dogs must be on a leash.

Please support Basalt’s climate action initiatives and use alternative transportation to get to the concerts. Please walk or take your personal bicycle, there will be plenty of bicycle parking at the shows.  

You can also take WE-cycle, which is free for rides up to 30-minutes. There are several stations around downtown Basalt, Willits, and at the Basalt RFTA Park and Ride. You can find station locations on the map halfway down WE-cycle’s homepage.

Please take RFTA. There are stops located at the Basalt Park and Ride for BRT and for local service directly in downtown Basalt. All rides on RFTA within the Basalt Zone are free. A complete schedule, including location for stops, is available on the RFTA website.

June through August, Basalt Connect provides on-demand rides within a designated service zone in Basalt between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily.  Learn more about Basalt Connect, how to download the app, and service area here.

If you must drive to the Wednesday night concerts, please park at the Basalt Elementary and Basalt Middle School parking lots and walk or ride WE-cycle from there to the Basalt River Park.
