2026 Colorado Free Summer Concerts Series Guide
Updated June 8, 2026

One of my favorite things about living in Colorado (along with the sunny weather and the mountains) is the incredible live music scene. While shows at Red Rocks, Fiddlers, Mission Ballroom, Denver Botanic Gardens and all the other venues around the state are incredible to experience, even attending one show can be very pricey.
But here’s why living in the Centennial state is so great! There are so many summer concerts that are FREE! I hadn’t realized how many there were before researching and compiling this list and I am honestly really impressed and grateful that it’s so extensive and that these can be found throughout the state! Seriously it is insane how much free live music there is around the state as I have written 40+ free concert series posts!!
So here’s my Colorado Free Summer Concerts Series Guide to make sure you don’t miss out on all of this live music. From bluegrass to blues, jazz to folk, classical to pop, classic rock to opera, you can find music you love or perhaps branch out to discover something new because once again it’s all free! And these free shows are happening all over the state from up in Fort Collins down to Colorado Spring, out to Aurora and in the mountains from Steamboat Springs to Vail, Beaver Creek!
The guide is organized by day of week and locations to help you search (with concert series that are not day specific listed before). Clicking on a link will bring you to the concert series post for details, including lineup details, times, location, what you can and canβt bring, parking/transportation options, accessibility and other useful information that I could locate about the concert series.
As summer concert season starts, I’ll add any new series I hear about to the list, so check back often and please reach out to let me know about any I don’t have listed (or if you have deets/info I should be including) – please, please drop a comment or send me an email!
