Terms and Conditions: Earn Elite Status with Round-trip Flights
Earn Elite Gold Status when you purchase one eligible round-trip ticket directly with Frontier Airlines between December 2, 2025, and December 9, 2025, for travel completed by March 11, 2026. To qualify, you must provide your FRONTIER Miles number at the time of booking. Each bonus is specific to, and will only apply to, the individual passenger/member. Elite Gold Status will be added to your FRONTIER Miles account within 3 business days from travel completion and remain valid until December 31, 2026. If you purchase two additional round-trip tickets by December 9, 2025 and complete travel by June 30, 2026, you will be upgraded to Elite Platinum Status (under the same terms as noted above), which will remain valid until December 31, 2027.
GoWild fares and Award Flights are not eligible for this promotion and will not count towards the required round-trip ticket purchases. All other ticket terms and conditions apply. Frontier Airlines
Yes, Frontier Airlines is a low cost carrier that has many fees a la carte which is a blessing (and a curse). But all legacy airlines have adopted similar models (charging for seat selection, carry on luggage, etc).
I have flown Frontier Airlines many times in the past since I fly out of DEN and have been happy with the experience – note that this is with tempered expectations offset by knowing how much money I have saved.

Frontier Companion Pass
I didn’t even know that this was a thing with Frontier Airlines until I got this email and I must say I am impressed. It’s actually simpler and more generous than Southwest’s Companion Pass in that you do not need to designate who your companion is and not limited to changing 3x/calendar year!
Guide to Using Your Companion Travel Benefit
- Sign In: Log into your FRONTIER MilesSM account before making your booking. You must book on flyfrontier.com in order to use the companion travel benefit.
- Select a Flight: Choose travel for at least two people during your flight selection to use your companion travel benefit. Pick your desired flight and fare.
- Enter Companion Information: On the traveler information page, add your companion’s travel details.
- Your companion must have a FRONTIER Miles number to use the companion travel benefit. If they do not have one, you can create a new account for them.
- Once your companion’s FRONTIER Miles number is verified, you will receive a confirmation message.
- Complete Your Booking: Continue through the booking process. On the Payment page, you will see a note confirming that your companion travel benefit has been applied to the airfare
- Note: The companion travel benefit does not cover the cost of government taxes and fees.

Why You Should Do This (ie Why Am I Doing This?)
Typically Elite Platinum is earned by accumulating 50,000 Elite Status Points in a calendar year so this is an incredible deal with just three round trip flights for potentially two years of status depending on when you complete your three round trip flights!
Especially considering that there is currently a FrontierMiles Elite Platinum Status Challenge open to all but requires a $99 registration fee and then you must 12,500 Points in 90 days following registration and you’ll unlock Elite Platinum Status for a full year!
I have not flown Frontier in the last few years as their fees made their flights more expensive than United or American but this promo plus an unexpected life situation has made flying them more likely and palatable.

Hi Naya – this was from an email I received as it is a targeted promotion for Frontier. I am not sure what triggered it but just wanted to make others aware of it. Sorry I wish I had a link to share
