2026 CO Free Concerts: Sunset & Music (Telluride Mountain Village – Wednesdays) | Full Lineup & Guide

Spending some time exploring Telluride this summer? If you’re there on a Wednesday, head to Mountain Village for the 25th Anniversary of the Sunset & Music concert series to enjoy free live music and gorgeous sunsets in the San Juan Mountains. Note that there will be a special Red White and Blues Celebration on Friday, July 3 and that most evenings are 6 – 8 PM (longer times will be specifically noted in the lineup section)

Good To Know

  • All shows are rain or shine. In the event of dangerous weather, cancellations will be announced via social media/authorities
  • There is also a Market of Sunset that happens concurrently with food vendors and more to enhance the experience
  • Blankets, tarps and chairs are allowed
  • You cannot bring your own alcohol and adult beverage are not allowed beyond the common consumption barrier
  • DO NOT leave early. The gondola line moves fast and you can get food and drinks after the show

Location & Parking/Transportation

HOW DO I GET THERE/PARKING

From Telluride:  Gondola: Take the Free Gondola at South Oak Street (12 minutes) up and over the hill to Mountain Village.  Walk to Conference Center Plaza. Driving.  Head three miles outside of town, turn left at the circle and head up Lawson Hill.  Turn left into Mountain Village and follow into the Mountain Village Center and park in the municipal lot ($) under the Hotel Madeline. If that lot is full, park in the garage near the Market and take the 1-minute gondola over to the Center of Mountain Village.

From elsewhere:  Drive to the Mountain Village entrance on Highway 145 and follow directions above.
